They were fast, helpful and diligent - well worth the money spent! It all started with their availability and communication - that alone impressed me and when they saw my stairs they informed me that it was going to be less than I thought because I had counted my stairs incorrectly. Honesty is always appreciated - they could have just charged me what I assumed and I'd have been none the wiser. Then they got out stains most others said could never be removed! I'll be having them back in a year.

I got my carpets cleaned a second time by BnK Chem-Dry. The first time was 2 years ago but after this second experience I don't think I'll be using them again. Speaking on this last experience, I feel their prices are very overpriced for what you get. It was $292 for my upstairs (4 bedrooms (of which 2 are pretty small), a hallway and stairs. I chose the basic pricing package and this price also included a $25 coupon I found on their website. It took them a total of an hour to be in and out of here, including setup/prep. There were 2 guys and both were nice, I don't have any complaints
