We have a service contract with them. We called them because our water heater quit and was leaking. They came out and then told us they lacked the permit required by the City of Albany to install a water heater. Our mailing address is Albany and a simple Google search or asking us would have told them we live in the City. Why didn't they tell us up front so we could have called someone else?

Colin was punctual and very professional. We had a backed up sewer line and he explained the process and costing up front. He took the time to explain everything, put down a plastic runner so as not to soil our carpet, and went right to work. He had us back up and functional within an hour. Its rare to find such exceptional customer service like he displayed. I will highly recommend Appolo to friends and colleagues and they will be my go-to company moving forward. Very reasonably priced to boot. Thank you so much!
