We are new to our home, and Roger installed our heating and cooling system 15 years ago. We had called another service to repair our unit, but they couldnt tell us exactly what was wrong, and quoted to replace the whole thing for $12-13,000. Roger diagnosed the problem. He came back two days later to fix the issue. So happy we consulted with him. Hopefully, we will now have several more years with our unit. Roger was pleasant, helpful, and timely.

Look no further for dependability, honesty and great service. This is a small business that has won mine. When we first moved to the area, our humidifier was not working, Roger came over and showed us how to get it going - at NC! We just had them put in a new AC unit for us. A large company came out and told me I had to leave the air off till it was replaced. Roger came over and explained how to keep it running till they could replace the old unit. While he was in the basement he discovered the hot water heater vent had come detached at the foundation, leaking small amounts of gas in the house
