Received several quotes to remove large tree near the house and a monstrous dead tree covered in vines. Many companies indicated they couldn’t do it. Chris had full confidence, quoted a fair price for the work, and did a fantastic job. The equipment he has is quite impressive and made sure everything was done safely and efficiently. Alleys was very competitive. Very responsive to questions and concerns. The pine tree was huge and between buildings but Chris had maneuvered his state of the art crane/grapple/saw professionally. They had the double trunk tree down and completely cleaned up in just 3 hours.
Would recommend them to anyone and will use them again for tree service.

My interactions initially with chris was very positive.he gave me a great estimate and I hopped on and signed the estimate agreement that was emailed and four days later they emailed the date of removal for 2 trees for Tuesday August, 24th. They day came and I removed fence panels for better access and no one showed. I called and left a message. A couple hours later chris calls and tells me that an emergency for another client prevented them from doing the job that day. I came back early from a family vacation to have the job done that day but I very understanding. A simple courtesy of a phone

Alleys did a great job for a great price - they gave us the best estimate out of 5 different contractors, and they were the only contractor that had the special equipment to reach our tree in the backyard by crane, so we didn't have to take down our privacy fence. All the other estimates I got said we would need to remove our fence. Definitely recommend as a good value!

I've used Alleys Tree Service 3 times in the past 7 years. Chris and his crew were climbing and dropping trees in the beginning. He's upgraded his equipment since then and removed a massive river birch, at the corner of my house, from his truck parked on the street 50' away. While standing on the flatbed of the truck, Chris maneuvers a hydraulic arm with a chainsaw cutting head. The arm can grab a tree section, cut it, and move it over to the chipper. I got several quotes to remove a tree in my front yard at the oceanfront, just next to a powerline. Several companies indicated the job would be difficult for them due to the positioning of the tree, but Chris didn't posture for better pricing or pressure me to 'get on the schedule' during the visit. It turns out he was confident because he had the best tools for the job. The equipment pictured cuts the limbs individually and carefully lowers them to ground level. I was very impressed with Alley’s Tree Service. They had the best price from several quotes I got. That made me leery. Most times you get what you pay for. When you go with the lowest priced option there are usually sacrifices in quality, customer service, or time frame of your project. This was not the case. They did a great job of communicating their arrival times for the quote and actual tree removal once it was scheduled. They showed up on time (a little early actually!) I was blown away by the remote controlled crane trimmer thing they showed up with. They tree had to be cut down in sections

They delivered everything they promised and so much more. I would use them again. The best money I ever spent. Out of seven quotes for my project they were next to the last. My quotes ranged from 6,500 to 1,500. They ere the only ones who stated they wouldn't have to remove my fence. All of the others said they would have to remove a section of my fence but tgey wouldn't be able to put it back when done.
