In 2014 my wife and I purchased a well preserved 1977 ranch home on an acre of property in Tempe, Arizona. The home was well taken care of with some minor upgrades required: electrical, plumbing, roofing, sewer lines and so on. We loved the house, we loved the property, and we loved the location, but really didnt know where to start. Having known Jeff Cullember through friends and having seen the work hed done on their homes, and several commercial facilities, we decided that if we were going to do this we would only do it if Central Construction oversaw the project.
