Faucet was failing. Decided to replace kitchen faucet, soap dispenser, drinking water dispenser and air gap, all to update and match. I looked up examples of what we may be interested in. Stephanie took it from there, put together a proposal of pieces. No small task with today's supply chains and inventory challenges. High quality, matching with no additional effort on our part. It turned out exceptionally well! The technician was also excellent. Professional and personable, The air gap was still in shipment, he made a special trip to deliver/install it the day before Thanksgiving. All went well

I had a sump pump that rattled and shook every time it went off when it rain. I was secure in the knowledge that it was working because it kept me up all night. Now with my new quiet sump pump and the battery backup system I don't even hear it.
