These are weird times we're living in these days and my expectations from businesses across the board have become very, very low. So I was completely surprised when I called the phone number for Z Plumberz and a live person actually answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Z Plumberz has far exceeded my expectations at every point. They communicate very well and followe through with everything they say, they are punctual and experts in their trade.

I had a toilet phantom flushing itself. They came out 3 times it is still flushing itself. I have been calling for 3 weeks to get them to come back. They never returned my calls. I have scheduled another plumbing company to come fix my toilet. I will never use this company again!!! I can not believe in 3 weeks you have not gotten ahold of me. I have called your Ann Arbor call center every day and they try to call the Auburn Hilks office with no answer. Once they were in a meeting would call be 3 waited until 5 and no answer

I got an appointment within a couple of days when other places were booked for a month. The techs were friendly, offered cost saving suggestions, explained their work, had all the parts with them and worked efficiently. Best service weve had in a long time.

Fast and very polite professional staff who called ahead to verify what type of water heater I had to bring the same or similar in case of replacement. Ended up needing replacement, they were able to replace and haul away within an hour and a half. Before leaving they made sure everything was up to building code and gave basic instructions for restarting the pilot light on the new water heater.

Matt did great! He called 30 minutes before arrival. Showed up on time, introduced himself and what he was here to do and if that was correct. Professional, very nice and was in and out in less than an hour. Didn't mind the dogs checking him out either. Laundry faucet fixed and no issues. Thanks Matt!
