I contracted with METRO remodeling to install approx 650 sq feet of wood grain patterned Porcelanosa porcelain tiles in a condo setting. David and his team did a wonderful job. The craftsmanship is fantastic, the job came in on time and on budget. I am very pleased and will be using METRO again soon for some bathroom updates.

Tub badly damaged. Replaced it, gutted bathroom. New tiles, floor, sanded walls and painted. Looks great! Prices are higher all around now and they met the lowest estimate from other contractors. Would use them again.

David remodeled my kitchen and two bathrooms. He and his subcontractors did absolutely beautiful work and I am so happy with the results. He (unlike others I asked for quotes) was willing to work with me to achieve the designs I had in mind. I picked out all of the cabinets, tile and fixtures. He let me know if he felt something needed to be changed (like a light fixture should be wider). I’m so excited to show photos to my friends and relatives, and can’t wait until life allows in-person show & tell.

We used Metro to remodel our bathroom. David and his team did a fantastic job. David was very easy to communicate with about all aspects of the scope. He was very responsive and really took time to answer all our questions patiently. David helped us keep our expectations and our budget within reason. Metro rebuilt our shower, installed a new glass enclosure, new countertops, replaced all the faucets and fixtures, retiled everything and installed a new freestanding tub while still seamlessly incorporating the original elements as specified. Dave and ZB did a great job of removing two half walls, building an island, installing track lighting and directing me to a granite outlet-fabricator at a good price. They work well together—hung heavy plastic draping to keep the dust minimized. They also cleaned up at the of the work day. Dave is responsive and punctual. I highly recommend him.

After having issues with other contractors, David and his team were able to rectify mistakes and perform quality work in a timely manner. He was very professional, responsive and provided great recommendations throughout the duration of the project. He completed two bathroom remodels and assisted in a kitchen remodel in my Bucktown condo. The price was comparable, and even a little better, than other quotes I received. I will definitely be recommending him and his team to friends and family.
