3-G Construction Company Inc and 3-G Trim Inc, a private family owned business, have been satisfying carpentry needs in Arizona since 1974. We are a full service rough and trim carpenter, willing to take on any size project that contains wood. Here at 3-G we laugh and say, "we have sawdust in our blood", because carpentry is truly our passion.
Aside from the success of our own individual families, there are very few accomplishments in life that give us greater joy than creating and finishing structures out of wood. Our internally grown management team has created a feeling of unity like no other. We began with 1 truck, 5 skill saws, a rented generator, and $500.00 in the bank. The company worked on everything from new houses to patios and re-models, from Gila Bend to Prescott. Our first office was in our residence on the West side of Phoenix, moved to a 400 square foot office in Scottsdale on the corner of Scottsdale Road and Shea, then to an 1140 square foot office/warehouse in the Scottsdale Airpark.

We build long lasting relationships with builder superintendents opening lines of communication assuring completion of projects according to schedule. We regularly participate in value engineering sessions and pre-construction meetings, creating a unified vision from the beginning.
