I called at 6:40 pm because I needed a plumber. Their answering service took my information. My bathtub is somehow full of human waste. They advertise as being a 24 hour service. Seven hours later, and they haven't bothered to call me back.
Edit. They responded the next day, and had the issue was resolved quickly, and professionally.

repairing an older gas wall heater. Technican was prompt. It was a job where the technician had to clean quite a bit up soot. The area was left clean. Got the job done a little above and behond. The company got the technician out right away and were professional handling the bill. good to have it at 20 below this winter.
