Services
About
Report
Diversified Plumbing and Heating was established in 2010, was put together based by an idea from our owners, Collin and Charlie. They decided, after working for other plumbing companies, there was a better way to service the customers and even more, a greater need for plumbing options in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area.
Residential
Report
We work directly with Builders and Contractors providing plumbing for newly constructed houses. For our residential clients, we take care of sinks, showers, main house sewer lines, furnish and install kitchen or bathroom faucets, and change out leaking water heaters. We also renovate kitchens and baths.
Water Heaters
Report
We repair and install new water heaters. Is your water heater leaking, or you need water heater service or is old and prone to repairs, do not hesitate to install the new version now. As much as the upfront costs may hurt you, you will gain in cost savings because new technologies create 15-20% cost savings and better performance.
In-Floor Heating
Report
Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area is one of the coldest cities in the continental United States, with an average winter temperature of 10 degrees Fahrenheit! January and February temperatures 0 degrees and below are common. In-floor heating is energy efficient and comfortable. In-floor heating is a common request from our commercial and residential customers, both for renovations and new construction.
Pipes
Report
Pipes are supposed to be yielding, but extreme low temperatures can cause high pressures leading to bursts. Not all frozen pipes burst. They may remain that way for a while based on the temperature, but the worst damage happens when the thawing happens. Insurance statistics show that these are the most common claims less then $5,000.
