Very unprofessional and wish we took our business elsewhere. We were given a quote after Tom and Tommy visited our home numerous times. When it came time to start the work they said their quote was off. We against better judgment decided to move on with Wall Street Wood Floors. They did install the floors but we were told that the finish we were originally agreed upon would not be possible and we again would need to pay more money. We approached them with the facts from our original emails and conversations and were told it was just not possible. Needless to say they are no longer handling our

We left our home for two weeks and came home to a completely transformed space. Amazing! We cant wait to have floors in our family room done. So far Tom & Tom have done three projects for us. Real artists at their craft. A complete and total pleasure.
