We have been with Protection Termite since purchasing our home in 2016. They have always been professional, willing to answer questions, and listen to my concerns. Matt came out yesterday for our annual inspection and treatment. I was completely blown away at how thorough he was in his approach. He did an amazing job and I appreciate him inspecting all of the little crevices and areas around the home. His treatment was even more thorough. I am very impressed at the service we received. You will have to wait to receive service, but they have been worth the wait. At least they are hiring competent

Had Protection out today for a warranty treatment. The tech was friendly and got the job done quickly. Termites always seem to come back eventually. It's nice to work with a company that stands behind what they do.

We have Scorpions in our house! We paid for Protection One to rid our house of them. They said no problem. They came out in September, scorpions still there, called back they said wait a few weeks, called in October, we have Scorpions, protection one came out and were there 5 minutes, just called them today telling them scorpions just stung my 6 year old in his bedroom. Response for another $123 well send someone out when we can. Absolutely zero empathy or responsibilityRecommend finding another pest control!

Thank you for taking care of my Sellers so quickly! When they were cleaning out the garage getting ready to sell... they found a couple of old dirt tubes. You came out and found no active termites. We still had you treat the home, so we could provide the Buyer with a transferrable 1 year warranty! Thanks again for always providing excellent customer service!
