Carpets plus in Thayne has lousy customer service. After laying flooring in my bathroom, I discovered that my toilet was leaking. The plumber stated that the product that was installed was inappropriate for bathrooms and he did not think he could fix it because the installer screwed up when he replaced the toilet. The plumber talked to the company manager and explained the problem. I called twice more about the problem and visited the store but was told only the owner handled claims and he would call me. He supposedly is never there. It is months down the road and he has not even had the courtesy

Carpet Plus was easy to communicate with and got our carpet quickly. The carpet looks great! The only problem was that the installer was pretty hard on the paint and drywwall. There were a bunch of small nicks and scratches as well as one bigger gouge that will need to be painted/repaired.

We were referred by several friends to Carpet Plus. From the very start of our build to completion I could not be more satisfied with every aspect of our experience here. The entire staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were inquiring about. I actually found a carpet sample from another store but opted to use a local company. Eric researched and researched and was not only able to find and order the carpet I wanted but found it at a cheaper price as well. We also got our tile here for a great deal and we couldnt be happier with the results. Hands down the best experience

I have used Carpets Plus Colortile several times in the 3 years since being in Jackson, wy. I would NOT consider using anyone else. I have a future project coming up and they have already been out and are ready when I am. Always available and always helpful. Thanks for the amazing customer service which is so rare these days.
