I bought an entire house of wood flooring from PID, site unseen.I was totally reliant on their web-site, samples and phone conversations, and they shipped the wood from NY to MD ( where my house is located). First, I went to many flooring company's in my city ( metro DC) and none had nearly close to the wide variety of floors as does PID. Second, their web-site is fantastic, and allows you see what the flooring will looks like in a room. Moreover, the web-site gives you ALL the information you need about each floor.
