Friendly and absolutely great guys. I have never been overcharged and they always get the job done in a timely manner . When we bought our new house they let me do alot of the sub work on my own and would come check it and it saved me thousands of dollars . Most plumbing places wouldnt even listen to me about it and told me no way they could let me do anything to help make it cost effective. Walters never charged me a dime to come out of their way and check the progress
