I was very impressed by the team at Hagler. They were professional, reliable, and transparent. I had to get a new unit, but I didn't feel pressured into it like I did with other companies. They responded quickly and had everything up and running within a few days. John came back out a month later to inspect the unit and make sure everything was working well.
I would highly recommend the Hagler team! They are fantastic to work with! Awesome service and prompt! Came out last night to work on our A/C and got it functioning again. If only ADT could have come out to check our alarm panel which wasn't functioning. I completely found that unlike Hager, ADT was disappointing in getting a technician out to repair.
But fortunately I got it functioning myself and the Good Lord's help! Kudos again to Hager, thank you so very much! They were extremely quick when we called on a weekend to send out a technician. The technician was at our house in under an hour. Unfortunately, our unit was dead. We heard back on Monday and on Tuesday our salesperson came out and got us hooked up with a new unit.
