Jen and Jonathon are such a great team. I called them with very little notice and they were able to work me in their schedule last minute. Jonathon did such a great job and explained the process and packages so that we received the best clean that fit into our budget. Highly recommend!!

I can't recommend Chem-Dry of Bloomington enough. We moved into a house in August that smelled badly. Like, really badly. The previous owners had pets and after Chem-Dry brought the black light I'm convinced they just let them potty on the basement carpet. I'm not sure how plug-ins and fabreeze masked the fact that the downstairs carpet was in terrible shape, but it did. Once we were in the house, we realized we had to do something about it. Chem-Dry was recommended to us, and they were able to show up promptly, walked through, described the best treatments, and worked SO LONG to try and salvage
