With Bill's Structural Engineering degree and over 25 years of construction management experience, the new remodeling company quickly gained recognition in the Atlanta market. Within five years, it was among the 15 largest. In 1995, to continue company growth without sacrificing client service, Bill's brother Dan joined the business.

Lake Oconee Remodeling

After 25 years serving the Atlanta market, Weidmann & Associates, Inc. expanded its design-build remodeling operations to include beautiful Lake Oconee in 2014. Opening a local office to serve the community, the move was a direct response to requests we have received from our clients over the years to extend our reach to the under-served resort areas of Georgia.
