Service man was close by when I called and came in 30 min. He checked out the furnace start up and explained everything he did step by step and had it back in normal operation in less than an hour. Furnace working

Company is very good we used them once at our Plainfield addres and 1 time In out brand new home in Channahon in 2 years we lived there ! They were always good about reminders about getting check ups for cleanings on the AC and Furnace cleanings

We've used Comfort First many times over the past 4 years. Usually for furnace and AC maintenance/cleaning, but they've also helped with AC and furnace repair. We'll be using them this spring for duct cleaning as well. Highly recommend this company. Other companies tried selling us replacement systems without properly inspecting our current equipment. Comfort First seems more honest in our experience.

Our hot water went out during the heavy winds believe it or not. I called Comfort First Services late Wednesday morning, although they couldnt fulfill an emergency dispatch, they were there first thing the following morning.
Mike was very informative with what was going on with our hot water heater. He noticed our TP valve with a slight leak but informed us that it may be due to the pilot light not being lit. He was there about 20 minutes ensuring everything was back functioning properly with our water getting to the desired temperature. Will be booking yearly mechanical checks with them.

These guys were amazing!! They are the most reasonably priced heating company in our area by a long shot!! And they work on and replace boilers!! They didnt just give me a quote and leave. they worked with me to find a solution for my problem!! from the very first phone call to the last one where they checked on us, they were all very polite and caring. I felt like it was my family here. so awesome!! I highly recommend them!!

Our furnace went out and they sent a technician out to take a look, the next day the owner came out to discuss what furnace we wanted. He asked his workers if they wanted to work, which was a Sat. Since we had no heat they came right out the next day. Super nice guys, great workers and fast. Excellent job! So thankful!
