From start to finish Eric Smock team was professional, courteous and expertly trained to do an install as complicated as ours was. They provided solutions to bring a ductless system into our 100 year old home which required a lot of thinking outside of the box. Every member of their crew took the utmost care on our property and they were as friendly and respectful as I have ever encountered in the world of specialized contractors. Great service and very friendly. Came out on Sunday to check the system and ordered the part the next day. Our repair was made on Tuesday morning and again they were on time and friendly. We felt the price was fair and the service was wonderful.
