Services
Metal Roof Restoration
Our metal roof restoration system inhibits rust and stops leaks through elastomeric coatings and fabric reinforcement. This energy-efficient solution extends roof lifespan while maintaining structural integrity. Ideal for low-slope metal roofs across New York, the process includes seam strengthening and fastener sealing to prevent water infiltration.
Membrane Restoration
Membrane restoration systems extend existing roof life through elastomeric coatings that improve waterproofing and energy efficiency. Our process preserves approved membranes while reducing utility costs through reflective surfaces. This cost-effective solution avoids full replacements while maintaining watertight protection for commercial properties.
Fabric Reinforced Roofing
Fabric-reinforced systems combine acrylic coatings with embedded fabric for superior leak protection and durability. This lightweight membrane resists splitting while reducing cooling costs by 30% through 85% solar reflectivity. Ideal for restoration projects requiring enhanced strength and energy efficiency in commercial applications.
Spray Polyurethane Foam
Spray foam systems provide R-6.5 insulation value per inch while creating seamless waterproof barriers. Closed-cell structure prevents lateral water seepage and simplifies repairs. Annual cleaning maintains reflectivity, delivering long-term energy savings and structural protection for flat or low-slope commercial roofs.
Single Ply Membrane
Single-ply membrane systems use welded thermoplastic sheets for watertight protection with 85% solar reflectivity. UL fire-rated membranes offer seasonal installation flexibility and hail resistance. This durable solution reduces air conditioning costs while providing 100% waterproof warranties for new or existing commercial roofs.

I had a TPO flat roof that was not pitched or drained properly, so there was always standing water. Other companies wanted to frame up the corners with "crickets" to try to force the water to the drains which were not properly recessed lower in the roof like a shower drain is. The other guys were more expensive and they wouldn't even guarantee it would eliminate standing water. Eli and team suggested just re doing the drains after their inspection. He said the roof itself was fine, and didn't require any other work! So in a square shape around each drain, they cut out and removed all the layers

Also, gutter cleaning. Eli and Simon are the best. We are so fortunate to have found such a team to take care of our old membrane roof and troubleshoot any changes before we have problems. Their regular check-ups give us peace of mind. Professional, thorough, trustworthy, punctualand all the complimentary adjectives other reviewers have mentionedwe could not recommend them more highly.

Can't say enough about how thorough, talented and professional Eli was. Where other roofing companies attempted to repair the roof with no success, Eli was able to diagnose and fix the problem with confidence! I will certainly hire him for any roofing needs from here on out.
