I highly recommended Jon @ Impact Plumbing in Groves, TX. He is hands down the best at what he does, honest and proficient. You definitely will not be disappointed. Before I called Impact Plumbing I had several (business professionals) completely disregard what Jon explained needed to be done within minutes of looking at my concerns. I am extremely grateful that my family and I have Jon on our side.

Had a slab leak under my garage they quoted me $1200 to reroute the water line over into the attic. They came and found that it was the main cold water line, and did some leak test and told me they needed to run a whole new waterline throughout the whole house. They didnt fix the leak, and left two big holes in my walls and charged me $950. I asked them if they could just fix the leak thats coming from the slab only but they refused to fix it and recommend me to run a new cold water line. He told me if we fix that leak the water will only be fixed going to the kitchen and that I will have

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We just had a wonderful experience yesterday. After this wild freeze we had a busted exterior pipe, that we discovered after business hours. I called Impact hoping for a voicemail or something but Emily immediately answered and had us on the books in minutes. We had already shut off our own water so I let her know this was not an emergency job but we were still seen within 36 hours. Chris came by and was very professional. He had us up and running better than before in less than an hour. He even went around and checked our other pipes to make sure we had no unseen leaks.
