Brad was Very Nice,easy to talk to. Very upfront. Their "Standard" of building things seems very nice and much more upgraded than other builders. If we did build a house we would definitely use them!

Horrible customer service! Let me start by saying that if you want to customize their basic plans then be prepared to tell their office guy over and over what you want in your home and still never get it right. We sent multiple emails, photos, phone calls, and trips to the office and came up frustrated. We were assured that even though the drawing of the home on the plans looked like it was wrong, that they indeed knew what we wanted and would build our home as we wanted. When we got the engineered plans, they were not what we asked for. Our emails for answers were ignored. They refused to stand

We used Affordable Stick Built Homes to build our home and we had a great experience!! We were able to customize one of their floor plans to make it more suitable for our family, which was a great! They even allowed my husband to do some things on his own (dirt work, concrete, etc)! They were great people to work with and we still stay in touch today. Great family business!
