Services
About Us
Report
Bellet Construction began in 1918 and grew and matured over two generations. Over the years, our corporate focus shifted toward maintenance, repair, and restoration of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
Waterproofing And Terraces
Report
High above the streets, balconies and terraces undergo significant damage over time, battered by extreme weather conditions and everyday use. New York buildings are in constant need of care, especially in regards to exterior waterproofing, a building aspect that is essential during months of rain and snow.
Roofing
Report
We know that a roof that is 99% waterproofed is not good enough-water will eventually find a way to infiltrate into the building. We've been performing roof repairs in New York City since 1918, and our combination of exceptional work and "double warranty" (manufacturer's plus Bellet's own) and our "renewable guarantees" coverage distinguishes us in the field.
Masonry And Steel
Report
If one were to look closely at the composition of the Manhattan skyline, one detail would quickly become clear: there are a lot of parapet walls. For building owners, the concerns are obvious: Are these walls water-tight and safe? Repairing parapet walls is a comprehensive and detailed process: repairing the underlying steel, replacing bricks and rusted lintels, and installing new waterproofing.
Lintels
Report
In New York City, one of the most common exterior construction projects is lintel repair and replacement. Sitting between the lintel and the bricks is a layer of waterproof membrane. Over time, as the outer bricks become saturated with water, the membrane becomes less effective, and water seeps through to the lintel.
