I had a plan to move out of my apartment, while I house hunted here in San Antonio, so I reached out to Arrow. From the first conversation with the receptionist here, to talking with Barb and Patrick (who were all the way in Colorado Springs), everything was smoother than I expected. The plan for the pickup, the price, all the way to delivery. Even the delivery guys Victor and Greg were awesome. Everyone was extremely professional but also personable. Barbara did a beautiful job taking care of us. The driver tested positive for COVID and she handled that challenge well. All of our items arrived safe and sound. The driver and unloaders were courteous and efficient. Just in general, Barbara us a delightful human being and fun to work with. Thats a big plus for me.
