Contacted them for an estimate. Someone named Nick replied back after a few days and left me a voicemail to call him back. Since then I called at least 3 times and left 3 texts but no reply. Then finally Nick calls back about a week later, saying 'I'm sorry but we don't do Lilburn area' - however, on their website it clearly states that they do Lilburn area. He says it maybe a mistake.
I asked for the manager's or the owner's contact information, he says he can't give that information out.
Overall, terrible experience....would never use this company for any cleaning

First time I have used a cleaning service at my home and it needed it. Very very pleased with job, both ladies worked for several hours, house immaculate, very polite and professional! Going to clean every two weeks.
