As a resident of NE Mpls, I have watched the building progress of the Eastside Maintenance Facility, first with dismaY (another industrial building!) and then in the final stages of construction, actual rubber-necking as I drove by. Somehow the Architect turned what could have been a hulk of a vehicular warehouse into a marvel.
