Epoxy Flooring
Our high-performance epoxy flooring creates durable, chemical-resistant surfaces ideal for residential garages and commercial spaces. Using two-part polymer systems, we apply industrial-grade coatings that withstand heavy traffic while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Each installation includes material warranties and customized color options.
Metallic Epoxy
This advanced flooring technique combines clear epoxy with metallic pigments to create unique, three-dimensional finishes. Our proprietary color formulations allow for unlimited design possibilities in retail spaces, automotive showrooms, and luxury homes. Every installation receives personalized texture and sheen adjustments.
Concrete Staining
We transform concrete surfaces using penetrating acid stains and water-based acrylics that chemically bond with the material. This low-maintenance solution works for both interior and exterior applications, offering permanent color variation effects that resist fading or peeling under heavy use.
Polished Concrete
Implementing diamond grinding techniques, we create glossy, dust-free surfaces that enhance concrete's natural durability. The process removes surface imperfections while allowing for custom gloss levels. Commercial clients benefit from improved light reflectivity and reduced maintenance costs compared to traditional flooring.
Garage Floor Epoxy
Our specialized garage flooring system includes epoxy chip coatings that resist automotive fluids and tire abrasion. The textured finish hides minor imperfections while providing slip resistance. Installation includes surface preparation and lifetime maintenance guidance for homeowners seeking both protection and aesthetic enhancement.

Had my garage floor refinished by these guys. Very professional and responsive. I wanted a custom carbon flakes and they were able to special order it. Love how my garage floor look and feel now! Wrench on my cars has never been more enjoyable. Spills are so much easier to clean up now. Quality work. Worth every penny.

Luka and his team are deserving of this 5 star review; let me tell you why. I called other companies that flaked on me and never showed up to give me a quote. The ones that did were unprofessional and their workmanship was questionable. Here comes Pearl Epoxy Flooring and their knowledgeable and punctual team. They transformed my 800 sqft garage into a beautiful clean space. I am thrilled with the results and have recommended them to my friends and family. Use with confidence. Thank you Luka and team! You guys are the real deal.

I could not be happier with the look, functionality and quality of my newly installed epoxy floor. Luka was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted. The installation was very quick and the crew, artists really, were fantastic and very kind. Big thank you to Alex, Jorge and Johnny!! Luka even insisted on applying an extra layer of coating for longer ware. Do not hesitate. Luka and the guys will take care of you!

We had a meeting set with Luka to come out to our home to give us an estimate. He bailed on us last minute due to a "family emergency ". We said no problem and rescheduled for two days later at the same time. We waited around to hear from him and we never even got a text or phone call saying he would not be able to make it. We'll definitely not be recommending his business to anyone.
Now he's blaming it on a covid precaution when there was no mention on anything of that sort. It was a simple no call no show and it happened twice. The first time was an excuse blaming his wife

Found Pearl Epoxy Flooring on Yelp, called and spoke to Luka. He immediately understood what I wanted and even made several valuable recommendations. I had previously spoken to several epoxy flooring contractors, and Luka was the only one who was willing to take on the job, while others either simply said that they cannot do it, or quoted me unreasonable prices. Luka personally came to see my garage, explained the process, and later constantly checked on the progress of the work. I could not be happier with the results, the pictures speak for themselves. If you want highest quality epoxy flooring
