I am Tyler Bryan, current owner and operator of Custom Carpet Care. I am married and have 2 children. My wife grew up in the St. George area and I am from Murray, Utah. In 2018, after living in Gilbert, Arizona for 6 years and having our 2 kids, we decided to move back to Utah to be closer to our families.
We love living in St. George and being able to enjoy the beautiful scenery - especially all of the hiking areas, great weather, and the wonderful people that live here. Custom Carpet Care has been in the St George area since 2009; however, the roots of the company are much older than that. Rick Facer, my father-in-law and founder of Custom Carpet Care, started in the carpet cleaning industry in 1979.
Over the years Rick has developed some of the best processes to clean carpet, tile and upholstery along with unique repair methods that prolong the life of the carpet. In 2018 Rick decided to retire and began training me to take over Custom Carpet Care. I trained and worked with Rick for over a year, acquiring as much of his knowledge as I could.

We have a nine-step process to get your carpets as clean as possible, meaning on average, we spend twice as long as other cleaners. We thoroughly go over all of the areas that you want cleaned and make sure to address any of your concerns. It is important to vacuum before any cleaning. Vacuuming helps to remove dry soil and other items that become more difficult to remove once the steam cleaning process begins.

Whether your surface is ceramic tile or natural stone such as travertine, let us get it looking new again. Our process begins by vacuuming your floors.
Repair & Stretching

Over time carpets can loosen. This loosening can lead to ripples or waves in the carpet. These ripples are not only unsightly but can become a dangerous tripping hazard. Having your carpets stretched to remove these ripples can also help extend the life of your carpet. In addition to stretching, we also offer complete carpet repair.
