Apparently the initial install was not done correctly and the electrical service install was delayed for 6 weeks. So since no start up or testing of the system was done initially I called to request an inspection. Well there was water all over the floor since the condensate pump was installed incorrectly and several wires were attached errantly. I credit the service man for recognizing the defects an correcting them. Fortunately the system appears to be repaired since we are in the middle of the heating system. My boiler was not working on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I called and asked for someone to come out and look at it. I was told it was a Holiday weekend and just to have someone come and look would be a base fee of $200. I agree to pay this and am told someone should be getting ahold of me during the morning (mind you I called at 7am) to come and take a look. At 11am I called to find out if I was on the list, they said that I was and that they would be responding soon. At 3pm I received a call from someone local (not their afterhours call service) and she informed me she was notified there is
