Absolute worst possible service and treatment from this company. My doors were never ordered. Even though I called company twice to verify they were on the way. Expensive doors, special order, 18 weeks at max quoted to receive them. 5 months later I am told distribution did not order my doors. At best 3 additional months to get doors. They… took my money and did not honor their contact. Absolutely unacceptable and completely dismissive of my garage door needs and order placed in good faith. Do not order from this company. Buyer Beware. If I could do zero stars I would. I was lied to and

Would not recommend. As potential new customers, they didn’t arrive in the 5-6 hour window and honestly we should have an appointment instead of a window. We wasted a whole day waiting for nothing. They might be affordable and good to work with but we’ll never know because they failed to show up.

City and his partner (Jeffery?) were very friendly and professional. They explained what they had done and walked me through how to operate the system. My complaint is when I call to book an appointment I was quoted a price if $547 for your lowest price opener and was told the $135 coupon would apply to that figure. Coty informed me that the coupon was only worth $100 and the opener quoted me did not include an exterior keypad which was an extra charge.

I highly recommend A1 Garage Door Service, Mike and his assistant did a good job installing my new opener in less than a hour on xmas eve, he arrived well within ETA and solved all my problems for a good price. Also texted and called before their arrival so I would know they were on there way.

Came out today. Gave me a ridiculous quote to fix minor problem. Then I ask how much to get my trapped car out of garage. They quote me nearly 300 dollars. Not to fix problem. Just to open door so I can remove my vehicle. I call my brothers and with their help we lift garage door in seconds. Complete rip off artists. After I said I wouldn’t pay their initial quote of nearly 700+ dollars to fix a part that is less than $100 online. They reduced price by almost 50 percent. I passed on their service and I highly recommend you do the same.
