Services
Services
At the beginning of your construction project, every decision made is crucial to maximizing your investment and accomplishing your vision. Hedrick Brothers Construction offers collaborative and comprehensive Preconstruction Services to help you make those critical decisions early in design with minimal investment.
Leadership
Leadership is attitude, imagination and inspiration and needs to be front and center to create a corporate culture that works. We all strive to be leaders in business, in the community and in our daily lives. Founder and CEO Dale Hedrick has provided the leadership for the diversified growth of the company and corporate culture and has created an environment of trust, creativity, and open communication.
Safety
Hedrick Brothers Construction is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees, subcontractors and project owners. This is achieved through training as well as established environmental, health and safety protocols compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. The standards are continually reviewed and revised, while also taking into consideration the requirements established by owners and client organizations.
Culture
Culture is the most powerful factor in an organization. It can be defined as the collective way we do things around here. In 1979 our foundational principles were established and have remained unchanged: be relational, maintain the highest level of integrity, deliver quality construction, and keep our commitment as strong at the end of the project as it is at the beginning.
Community
Hedrick Brothers Construction believes corporate philanthropy and community involvement are important elements to a well-rounded business. Our company and employees actively support charitable organizations and professional associations through donations of time, talent, and materials, as well as in-kind and monetary contributions.
Preconstruction Services
Our preconstruction services go well beyond traditional open-book cost estimating and value engineering to create more reliable schedules, estimates and logistical plans. We use the most relevant tools, technologies and processes, and get the right people involved at the proper time to drive down project costs while maintaining and respecting design intent and you, the customer's, overall goals and objectives.
Virtual Design & Construction
Virtual Design & Construction plays an integral role in providing a different perspective to a project. The objective of VDC is threefold: 1) use virtual models to simulate the complexities of the design and construction project; 2) understand all areas of concern; and 3) analyze and synthesize building systems in order to identify potential areas of concern before construction work ever takes place in the real world.
Luxury Residential
Discerning clients and architects have turned to Hedrick Brothers Construction since 1979 for new construction, renovation and historic restoration of world-class residences, condominiums, and equestrian and hunting estates throughout South Florida and Georgia.
