I had such a hard time communicating with an employee of this company. We kept texting back and forth, and when we finally agreed upon a drop off date, he didn't show up. I finally called the company and was helped by someone else, but the whole interaction before that was so messy and unprofessional. They are also way more expensive than other options.

I've used these guys for three carpet cleaning sessions and they have been amazing. Always professional, and do a nice job. We have two cats and 2 toddlers so we give them a tough job and they come through.
