We have been using A-1 Guaranteed Heating and air now for quite some time. They actually installed our heating/air conditioning unit about 10 years ago and we have a contract with them. They have always been very considerate and timely. I have dogs that I need to lock up when they come so the technician always calls ahead. When we need service they have always gotten to us very quickly. I definitely recommend them.

A-1 installed our new furnace and air conditioner last Spring. This review is way overdue but by now we've gone through both hot and cold seasons.
Kirk was our "Senior Comfort Advisor" and point person. He was very responsive--to the point of checking his e-mail when he was on vacation and making sure our myriad questions were answered fully. His listened well and his bid contained everything we wanted and no more. Our house was built in the 30's and still has its original air ducts. In addition, there was asbestos in the system. Different HVAC companies we received bids
