Services
Grease Trap Cleaning
Our grease trap cleaning service ensures commercial kitchens operate efficiently while complying with health regulations. We remove accumulated fats, oils, and grease that could otherwise cause blockages or system failures. Regular maintenance prevents unpleasant odors, drain backups, and costly penalties. This service extends the lifespan of commercial drainage systems and maintains sanitary working environments in restaurants and food service establishments.
High-Pressure Line Jetting
High-pressure line jetting effectively clears stubborn blockages in sewer and septic lines using specialized water jetting equipment. This method removes grease buildup, tree roots, and other obstructions without damaging pipe integrity. Commercial and residential clients benefit from improved system flow, reduced maintenance issues, and extended pipe lifespan through this non-invasive cleaning solution for both routine and emergency situations.
Septic Tank Cleaning
Septic tank cleaning involves complete waste removal and system inspection to maintain proper functioning of residential and commercial septic systems. Regular pumping prevents sludge accumulation that could lead to drain field failures or environmental contamination. We provide thorough tank inspections, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with local sanitation standards while extending the operational life of septic systems.
Septic Tank Treatments
Our septic tank treatments use environmentally friendly enzymes and bacterial additives to maintain optimal system performance. These treatments break down solid waste, prevent clogs, and reduce the frequency of required pump-outs. Annual maintenance applications help preserve bacterial balance, enhance system efficiency, and minimize environmental impact while providing cost-effective preventative care for both residential and commercial septic installations.
Questions
How often should septic tanks be pumped?
We recommend residential septic tanks be pumped every three to five years, depending on usage and tank size. Commercial systems may require more frequent maintenance based on operational demands and local regulations.
Do you offer emergency septic services?
While we operate during standard business hours, we prioritize urgent septic issues by offering same-day scheduling for critical system failures or emergency situations affecting property functionality.
What are signs of septic system issues?
Common indicators include slow drains, unpleasant odors, overly green grass over drain fields, sewage backups, and gurgling plumbing sounds. These symptoms suggest immediate professional inspection and maintenance are required.
Can you service both residential and commercial properties?
Yes, we provide comprehensive septic services for both residential homes and commercial establishments including restaurants, industrial facilities, and multi-unit developments with specialized equipment and tailored maintenance plans.
Are your cleaning methods environmentally friendly?
We use eco-conscious cleaning solutions and responsible waste disposal practices that minimize environmental impact. Our treatments contain natural enzymes that promote healthy bacterial balance while preventing groundwater contamination from harmful chemicals.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Lake County, Geauga County, and Ashtabula County areas including Geneva, Mentor, Ashtabula, Chardon, Willoughby, and surrounding communities across Northeast Ohio.

Dec 24, 2018 Report
I am very upset with this company. Consumer beware! They are scamming customers. I was told by Debbie, Brian, and another reoresentstive from NE Septic that under the new Lake County rules that risers were required to be installed and that I needed an annual inspection of my septic. This is false. After I spent $350 on risers, Lake County Health Department informed me that risers are not required, only recommended. Also, yearly inspections are, also, not required. The only requirements are a permit annually, and every 3-5 years the septic needs pumped. When I confronted Debbie from NE Septic her
