The technician, Eddie, was a true pro and identified the issue (fan coils melted) in under 5 minutes. He was able to explain simply how he figured that out so I didn't feel like I just had to take his word for it. I needed a new motor and he had one on hand. He replaced the fan quickly and my system roared back to life.
