I called them because my puppy had chewed the wires to my A/C unit and were in need of major repair. The receptionist was very friendly and did her best to schedule me a technician ASAP. When the tech arrived he was very professional and was quick to make the necessary repairs. Plus side, the repairs that were needed didn't break the bank. Definitely recommend extreme air and will be my new go to for A/C service.

The heater in our house has not been working as well as we think it should. Mark came out and quickly figured out our problem. He was kind enough to fit us into his schedule last minute too.
