We have had a terrible experience with your company. We have paid thousands of dollars to have our entire house refloored. The installation process of our wood flooring and stairs was to begin on November 8, 2021, and was scheduled to be completed on November 19, 2021. Highly recommend McSwain Carpets & Floors on Beechmont Ave. We've worked with Lee several times now and have been thoroughly impressed with his product knowledge and how he works to understand and meet our flooring needs while staying within our budget.

Great place to shop! We actually needed some carpet for a sensory room for our agency that serves people with developmental disabilities. Lee allowed us to grab some small discontinued carpet from the back for a great price! We truly appreciated his hospitality and will be back for all of our carpet and flooring needs! Highly recommend this store!

He not only showed me the samples I wanted to see, but look up pricing allowing me to compare, and made some recommendations for alternative options. He also helped me learn more about carpets to understand various materials and the impact on wear. Mr. Jones was upfront, honest, and respectful
