I am so grateful and happy to have a clean couch again! Our technician was very friendly and explained everything as he was doing it. He was also very considerate of my infant and tried to make sure she wasnt scared of the loud noise, which I really appreciated. She thought the whole experience was very interesting, and Im not embarrassed of our couch anymore. Total win!

This company called me 20 times before the appointment at all hours to confirm my appointment (Seriously between the hours of 7am and 10pm). Then they switched to calling all hours to change my appointment time (the day before the appointment). I changed my appointment time as the requested. Then the call me back again this time during the appointment window time to cancel the appointment. This company is an unprofessional joke. Don't waste your time.
