I'm not quite sure what the negative reviews are about. It's not unusual for emergency services to cost more that if you were to make an appointment and wait.

That's a big deal because HVAC isn't cheap. Two years ago, we had a new hvac system installed (by a company that won't be named) and it was a terrible experience.
We were so weary of having anyone come in when our system started having issues, so we prolonged it until we heard from friends about pacific aire. Pacific Aire Heating and Cooling is still the Best. We had a heater installed with new ducting about 4years ago from this company. We called again for them to send a person so we could get a air conditioner installed with our heater system.
