Adding an in-law suite, w/kitchenette, to my home was a major endeavor for me and I wanted it built right. I wouldnt see myself spending $60k - $70k and not be happy with the finished product. After getting the blueprints, I needed a General Contractor that knew his profession and had the people around him that could get the job done. After searching for several months and receiving numerous bids, I signed on with Olivo Remodeling. They thoroughly understood my project and budget. What I liked best about them was that I just didnt see photos of their work, I actually went to several active

We used Olivio Remodeling to completely remodel two upstairs bathrooms. Franco and team were fair and clear in their pricing, even making recommendations to help us cut costs but not quality. All of their contractors were friendly, professional and cleaned the work area each day. They did great work, and we would use them again for a future project.

Franco and his team do fantastic work. They are clear on the process and schedule, on-time, and professional and willing to problem solve at every turn. The work they have done for us in our kitchen looks fantastic and they are very reasonable. While doing our project we were having work done by another contractor outside and when they ran into a problem he helped us fix the other contractors work. We highly recommend Franco and Olivo Remodeling!
