CoolMax answered my call, answered every question, and responded immediately. The 1st time I used them was for air conditioning. He came the next morning and was back to fix it as soon as he was able to get the part. My air conditioner is 25 years old and on it's last leg. But he didn't try to sell me a new one, he just fixed it. The 2nd time i called them, my water heater had burst. Again they were out here the next day. As soon as we were able to dry the floor, they were back to install a new tank. They put in a really good (Rheam) water heater. They were friendly, polite, professional and

Paul, Rick, and David were all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout. They gave me a reasonable quote, explained the services that would be provided, they fixed things thoroughly, were on time, and they were willing to show me as the homeowner different things I could do to fix other issues beyond their visit.
