Ron and I wanted to thank you so much for your trust in our company and wanted you to know a little more about us! We started Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT) back in 2007 when the recession hit. The company Ron was working for at the time went out of business, and I was running a daycare center out of our home.

We put customer experience and satisfaction as our top priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work we put in every day. The staff who came out were friendly but ultimately incorrect on what the problem was and could've potentially cost me much more money had I taken their advice. The Olympic techs installed the whole house water filter that my husband had tried to install.
