Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our low-moisture foam extraction method deeply cleans carpets while preserving fibers and ensuring fast drying. We use eco-friendly solutions tailored to natural and synthetic materials, removing stains, allergens, and odors without harsh chemicals. Clients benefit from a healthier home environment and longer-lasting carpets.
Upholstery Cleaning
We restore upholstery using dry foam technology that lifts dirt and stains without oversaturating fabrics. Our process protects delicate materials and extends furniture lifespan. Clients enjoy refreshed sofas, chairs, and loveseats with minimal downtime and no chemical residue.
Rug Cleaning
Specializing in area, Oriental, and Persian rugs, we employ gentle yet effective cleaning techniques that maintain weave integrity. Our technicians address pet stains, odors, and deep-seated dirt while preserving the rug's original texture and color vibrancy.
Pet Odor Removal
Our enzymatic treatments target urine crystals and organic matter trapped in fibers. The process eliminates lingering odors at their source rather than masking them, creating a cleaner, more hygienic environment for pet owners.
Fabric Protection
We apply DuPont Teflon-based protectors that create invisible barriers against spills and stains. This treatment extends the time between professional cleanings and makes daily maintenance easier for both carpets and upholstery.

Ann and Darryl arrived exactly on time. They explained the process in detail and then did a professional cleaning job. My wife and I could not have been happier with the results. Fair prices and also nice people! I highly recommend them.

My family and I have been loyal customers for over 20 years. Carlan Cleaners are not only professional and reliable but a pleasure to work with. In today's world, it is hard to find a company that still takes pride in their work and truly cares about a customer's satisfaction. Carlan Cleaners actually calls to follow-up after your service to find out if all your stains came out!

Carlan Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning my living-dining room rug and stair carpets. I didn't think it would be possible to remove some of the long standing, awful looking stains around my dining room table; but, Carlan got the carpet totally clean. They are also prompt, courteous, and all round nice people. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
