Tom Pancoast is a 4th generation custom builder. He went into business for himself at the age of 17 building decks and small additions. Since then Tom has built new homes, additions, decks, detached garages, and rebuilt houses damaged by storms. He has years of experience in stucco remediation. Tom Pancoast has been a builder in the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties since 1977. Tom's training, development and expertise as a builder and contractor was fostered in part through his family lineage dating to the 1930s when his great grandfather helped develop the 69th & Market area of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania.
