As President of our HOA at Alcala de Rancho Santa Fe, a 122 home gated townhouse development, I want to compliment John Kensla on a superb job in designing our full pool area re-design as well as our new front entry and Fountain. In addition, John did a detailed mapping of our lighting and plumbing in our entire development.

Some contractors may sell you with a 20-40K+ improvement with a verbal and/or even a very rough concept but when your project is all said and done and you don't like the turn-out or feel you've gotten your money's worth, it'll be too late. It's better to have a well-thought out and refined design in place that you've personally worked through the design process with a professional so you can get on paper a final design that you are happy with.
