Serving Broward and Palm Beach counties since 1990, Sea Tech Construction, Inc. continues to set the standard for marine construction projects in our industry by offering efficient, organized service while delivering quality construction at competitive prices. Maintaining, repairing and often times replacing South Florida seawalls and docks requires special knowledge that only a local marine construction contractor can provide.
We start and complete our projects "in house", meaning that the initial visit to your location is a qualified Sea Tech Construction estimator who will thoroughly inspect your project and provide an estimate at no cost. Our "in house" permitting department begins the process and submits the applications, surveys and extensive environmental paper work often required for marine construction projects.

Seawall Construction
Report
Many of our area seawalls are now entering their "golden years"; yes, seawalls do have an expected life span and several of the walls in the area are now over 50 years old! When repairs are no longer an acceptable option for a homeowner, the strongest protection for your water front property is a pre cast concrete batter piling and king piling seawall.
Repair Methods
Report
It is critical for water front homeowners to take care of the needs of an aging seawall to ensure the strength and stability it provides. Our Florida rain storms and boat activity on the canals steadily erode walls from the land and waterside. Maintenance repairs such as T Pile seam sealing and Coral Rock Wall facing are suggested every three to five years or as needed.
Condo & Marina Seawalls
Report
Condominium and marina projects often require extensive permitting and coordinating between homeowners, boat owners and management. Sea Tech Construction has completed numerous seawall and dock repairs for local condominium associations and has established relationships with several property management companies.
Faq
Report
Depending on your type of seawall, the backfill may be leaking through your T Piling seam seals, or through the rock face of your seawall. In more severe cases, it may be leaking out underneath the wall panels due to insufficient penetration into the canal berm. Every 3 years is typically adequate unless you observe an unusual amount of fill loss, sudden movement or bowing in the wall.
