Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our advanced carpet cleaning process combines truck-mounted extraction and rotary deep-cleaning techniques to remove embedded dirt, allergens, and stains. Using eco-friendly solutions, we restore carpets to like-new condition while preserving fiber integrity. Commercial and residential services include furniture moving, pH balancing, and post-grooming for optimal appearance.
Pet Stain Removal
Specialized pet stain and odor removal employs enzymatic cleaners and thermal imaging to locate hidden contamination. Our multi-step process eliminates urine crystals and bacteria at the source, preventing recurrence while maintaining carpet longevity through proper pH neutralization.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
High-pressure tile cleaning removes grime buildup using pH-balanced solutions and mechanical agitation. We restore grout lines to original coloration while sealing surfaces to resist future staining, completing most residential jobs within 3-5 hours depending on square footage.
Upholstery Cleaning
Professional upholstery cleaning utilizes gentle extraction methods suitable for delicate fabrics like silk and microfiber. Our technicians perform fiber content testing before applying specialized solutions that remove stains without damaging material texture or colorfastness.
Stone Polishing
Stone floor restoration includes honing, polishing, and sealing services for marble, granite, and travertine surfaces. We use diamond abrasives and penetrating sealers to enhance natural luster while protecting against etching and moisture penetration in both residential and commercial settings.

My friend wanted to gift me carpet cleaning for moving into my new place. I shopped around. Arnold's is female owned and operated (yay!) and local to the area for over 20 years (in fact, as we walked up to my place we ran into someone who had used her services before - support local!). I read reviews mentioning that she's not the cheapest but that she does a great job. WELL those reviews are accurate! But the price difference was not that much and it was worth it. She was prompt and communicative which is one of the first reasons I went with her. She caught some pet stains that I didn't know were

I've been using Arnold's Carpet Cleaning for a few years now and it's always a pleasure to have Janet and crew show up. My wool carpet was quite the challenge a few years ago when my new dog had a reaction to life and let loose on it but Janet got the smell and mess completely out of the carpet. She does great work, all my carpets and area rugs look beautiful and I know they will last at least another year. She really knows her stuff.
