We discovered a dripping/leaking water heater today. Using Angie's List I requested a quote from R.E.I. Plumbing and 4 others for an emergency water heater evaluation. Roland called me back in less than two
minutes and had someone at our house 30 minutes later. None of the other plumbers even called me back. They stayed late on a Friday to change out our water heater and make sure we had hot water before we went to bed. Price was more than reasonable and there was no 'emergency' or special charge for working late on a Friday night.
